The old farmhouse is a stone building dating from the early 20th century, renovated
in 2003 with the recovery and reuse of original
materials.
The architecture is typical of rural houses in Sabina, with the
residence on the first floor and the stall
on the ground floor, where now there is a dining room and living room with fireplace.

Casalelaluna is located within a 11 acres estate in the heart of Sabina, set in a green hilly area surrounded by woods, meadows and olive groves, 350 meters above sea level on the banks of Farfa river. It is easy to reach in an hour drive from Rome and 30 minutes from Rieti.

The family run farm
is located inside the production area of Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP of Sabina.
The vegetables are organically grown, irrigated with spring water and fertilized using only manure, green manure crops and compost
produced on the farm.
